Senator Smith moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 650—A Bill to amend and reenact §37B-1-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating generally to altering the applicability of the Cotenancy Modernization and Majority Protection Act; eliminating the pre-condition for applicability of the act which requires seven or more royalty owners; and correcting internal citations.
